Boulby Mine Salt Tectonics Course

Salt Tectonics Field/Lecture Course, 
Venue: Grinkle Park Hotel, Easington, Cleveland, UK.

This two and a half day combined field/lecture course will cover all aspects of Salt Tectonics. We will visit the deepest mine in Europe, extending out 7 km below the North Sea coastline and up to 1.3 km below sea level. Coastal cliff exposures of salt welds and Zechstein collapse breccias will be examined at Seaham.
